PREVIEW: CRAIG & CLAIRE

I had the pleasure of photographing one of my oldest friends, Claire, and her fiance, Craig this past weekend.  I'll be sharing more of their shoot in the next few weeks.  But for now,  here is a little sneak peek at their engagement shoot...

TVD- RECORD FAIR

New photos are up, from me and few other photographers from last week's DC Record Fair.  You can see them over on The Vinyl District.

Here are a few of my photos from the fair.  You can see the rest here... Photos.

WHAT'S GOING ON?- TVD

I have some photos up over on The Vinyl District of an event featuring John Legend at the Kennedy Center.

Check it out.

PLUNGER

Well, I survived the cold waters of the Chesapeake Bay.  The weather was definitely on our side, which I was very thankful for.

There were 14,500 plungers this year and $2.5 million was raised for the Maryland Special Olympics, which is amazing.

Who knows, I may have another go at it, next year.

Taking photos when you are one of the plungers is somewhat difficult so here's just a few snapshots I managed to take...

POLAR BEAR PLUNGE

Next week is the annual Polar Bear Plunge that supports the Maryland Special Olympics.

I'm going to be participating this year and jumping into the freezing cold Chesapeake Bay. (Yes, I know that it sounds crazy.)

Last year, I wasn't a plunger but I did attend, so I wanted to share some of the photos that I took.

FOTO WEEK

FotoWeek DC starts today and goes until next Saturday the 12th.  If you're in the area, you should definitely check it out and support all those involved.

It'll be my first time going, since the event started back in 2008 and I'm curious to see what the DC photography community has to offer.

You can find out more at....
